Hello there. I'd like to tell you about what I do and why.
Having worked in the U.K National Health Service for many years and because of a unforeseen event I required to change my life and career. It was during this period that I found out about the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). This technique not only helped me deal with anxieties surrounding this event but also became the opportunity I was looking for. After studying all the material and practising on myself, friends and family I successfully achieved certification and qualified to practice. I find it extremely satisfying knowing people are being helped to deal with all sorts of ailments.

ACUPUNCTURE

Following this I became interested in Chinese Medicine and through the Northern College of Acupuncture I sucessfully qualified in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Acupressure Therapy (needle free Acupuncture). Both these therapies can be beneficial in promoting health as well as dealing with many types of conditions. WHAT IS EFT

70 years ago Einstein brought us his famous equation E=mc2. It has been stated "this means that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy, and that this is so widely accepted that not one scientist on the planet disagrees with it".
EFT uses the a tapping techniques over the same energy meridian channels as defined in tradtional Chinese Medicine to allow for the free-flow of energy within the channels.
Energy related treatments have now been clinically demonstrated thousands of times to dramatically reduce the sting of traumatic memories, grief, anger, phobias and almost any emotional ailment you can mention.
Further, it is usually rapid, long lasting and relatively gentle. It has also been shown to have positive results for headaches, migraines, asthma sufferers and chronic pain associated with muscle tensions.

WHY USE EFT
I could say because it is gentle and easy to use, which it is, but the main reason is its long lasting effectiveness.
